Summer 2010 Conference Groups and Activities
During the summer months, June through mid-August, St. John's College extends its meeting, housing and dining facilities to off-campus programs. These consist primarily of academic conferences, workshops, and seminars hosted by institutions from around the country. These programs of all sizes include masters programs in English and Fine Arts, international science conferences, and educational training sessions.
As members of the St. John's College summer community, conference participants are invited to attend college-sponsored lectures, concerts, film showings, and the third season of our outdoor music festival, Music on the Hill. The college library, bookstore, coffee shop, athletic fields, tennis courts and mountain hiking trails are open to all college guests.
As in past summers, St. John's College plans to sponsor a number of campus activities including graduate and undergraduate courses, and Summer Classics. In addition, St. John's is happy to welcome many new and returning conference groups to campus.
This summer's conference groups are listed below in order of arrival, and to the side alphabetically, each with a link for additional information. By clicking on the group name, interested parties can learn more about the conference.
