
SFI Global Sustainability

St. John’s is excited to welcome another SFI program to campus this summer. The Global Sustainability summer school first took place at SFI last year, but will move to St. John’s this summer to bring together experts in climate change, economics, and other diverse topics for a two-week intensive course on sustainability. Information for SFI Global Participants
Your group will meet in the Great Hall located on the top floor of Peterson Student Center (PSC) (number 1 on the campus map). The dining hall, coffee shop, bookstore and switchboard are all located on the first floor of PSC.
Participants will be housed on campus primarily in single dorm rooms in the lower dorm area, where St. John’s College undergrad and graduate students are staying, as well as SFI interns. The lower dorms Polyhymniaand Urania (#’s 29 & 35 on the campus map) are located just downhill from Peterson Student Center, (#1), where you will have breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Dining Hall. Some participants will be housed in Kirby (#17), which is in the upper dorm area, just a few minutes uphill from Peterson.
