Santa Fe Institute Research Experience for Undergraduates
June 5 – August 13, 2011
Arriving Sunday June 5 and departing by Saturday August 13

This is a very small group of undergraduates who will be staying at St. John's for the seventh time this summer. These students will work on individual projects with mentors at Santa Fe Institute, culminating with a presentation and perhaps a published paper. For more information, click here.

Information for SFI REU Participants
Your group will be housed in single dorm rooms in the lower dorm area*. The lower dorms Thalia and Urania (numbers 34 & 35 on the campus map) are located just downhill from Peterson Student Center, (#1),where you will have breakfast and dinner in the Dining Hall. St. John's College students will be housed in this same dorm area for the summer, and guests from other groups will come and go.

*The college is building a new residential center behind Thalia and Urania this summer.  Your rooms are on the courtyard side of the dorm, but please note there will be some vehicle noise beginning at 8:00a each week day.  We will keep you informed, and click here for construction updates.
