Atomic Heritage Foundation
June 14 – 16, 2010
Arriving Monday June 14 and departing Wednesday June 16

St. John’s is excited to welcome back The Atomic Heritage Foundation’s New Mexico Teachers Professional Development Workshop, for a 2nd summer with us. Teachers will become more familiar with the Manhattan Project in Los Alamos, NM in this three-day program.  The AFH is based in Washington D.C, and click here for more information about this foundation.

Information for Atomic Heritage Participants
The majority of your sessions will take place in the Junior Common Room on the second floor of Peterson Student Center (number 1 on the campus map). One event will take place in the Fireside Lounge, also on the 2nd floor of PSC.

Participants will be housed in a combination of single, semi-private double, and one-room double dorm rooms in the upper dormitory area. Dorms Murchison and Jones(#'s 16 & 23) are located uphill from Peterson Student Center, about a three minute walk. All housing includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Dining Hall.
