Conference Services Office

The Conference Services Office is located in the lower dorm area next to the lower common room on the street side (#36 on the campus map). We can be reached on foot from the main part of campus by walking downhill between Peterson Student Center and the Library. By car, turn right at the end of the entrance road where you see the loading dock of Peterson Student Center, go past the small library parking lot, and park in the gravel lot in front of our office.

Our summer office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. While you are on campus for your conference, please feel free to stop by with questions or comments, or call us at x6024. After hours and on weekends, an employee of the office is on call to assist you with your needs. Our cell phone number will be provided in the Welcome Letter you receive when you arrive on campus, or that is posted on the bulletin board in your dorm.
