Conference Services Office
The Conference Services Office has moved and is now located in the Arroyo Room, which is on the lower level of Peterson Student Center, next to the Security Office and below the dining hall (#4 on the campus map). To reach the Arroyo Room from the main part of campus, come through the dining hall to the north balcony. Once outside, turn right, and come down the stairs -- our door is right there. From the lower dorm area and the library, follow the construction fence and come up the bark mulch stairs. From the street, please park in the Visitors' Lot or along the entry road before the crosswalk, and walk towards campus, following directional signs.
Our summer office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. While you are on campus for your conference, we are here for you, so please feel free to stop by with questions or comments, or call us at x6024. After hours and on weekends, an employee of the office is on call to assist you with your needs. Our cell phone number will be provided in the Welcome Letter you receive when you arrive on campus, or that is posted on the bulletin board in your dorm. Please call us before you call the switchboard.
Bookstore
The St. John's College Bookstore is located on the first floor of Peterson Student Center next to the Coffee Shop. The Bookstore sells a wide variety of books, St. John's clothing, office supplies, and sundries such as shampoo, toothpaste, cough drops, and film.
The Bookstore will be closed the week of May 23rd through Monday, May 30th for inventory and Memorial Day. Summer hours begin on May 31st.

Closed Saturday (except June 11, open 2-5p)
Sunday 2-6p
*The Bookstore will be closed Monday July 4th. Any other change in hours will be posted on the front door of the bookstore.
