Office Services in the lower level of Weigle Hall
(#12 on the campus map),
Monday through Friday 9:00a-5:00p. If you will be on campus for a week or longer, mail can
be sent to you at the following address:

Conference guests are responsible for picking
up their own mail from the Conference Services Office unless other arrangements are made with
the group leader. Mail will not be forwarded after your departure.
The college is now using “green” id cards that will biodegrade in a landfill or compost in 18 months to 5 years! However, there is still a $10 fee for meal/ID cards that are lost and replaced during your stay. It is not necessary for you to return your meal card at the end of your stay. Feel free to keep it as a souvenir!
