Coffee Shop
For breakfast, lunch, a snack, or a jolt of caffeine, visit our Coffee Shop, located on the first floor of Peterson Student Center, next to the Bookstore. The Coffee Shop sells grill items as well as muffins, bagels, salads, sandwiches, cereals, yoghurts, chips and a wide variety of Starbucks coffee drinks in a pleasant environment. Ideal for taking a break from your classes or meetings! Cash, Visa, or Mastercard accepted. Coffee Shop hours are:
Monday through Friday: 8:00a-5:30p
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 1:30-5:30p
Dining Hall
The Dining Hall is just down the hall from the Coffee Shop and serves three meals a day Monday through Saturday, and two on Sunday (brunch and dinner). Our food service provider, Aramark, is proud to be cooking with 85% organic ingredients. With made-to-order stations and a full salad bar, hot line and sandwich bar, all palates and dietary preferences are easily satisfied.
If your group is not on a full board plan, you can pay cash in the dining hall at the following rates: breakfast is $7.00; lunch, dinner, and brunch are $9.00.
